LOW COST SOLUTIONS TO AN EFFECTIVE
WEB PRESENCE

The man behind WindyRidge Web Design, Steve Cockram, has
based the company in the tranquil setting of the South Wairarapa. Under an
hour from Wellington, the Wairarapa offers a relaxed lifestyle close to
New Zealand's vibrant capital city.
With over 20 years experience in sales and marketing and 10 years
experience in website design and maintenance, Steve can bring these skills
together to make the most of your presence on the web.
In 1998 while working for a Lower Hutt based company, the departure of a
colleague provided the opportunity for Steve to take over the maintenance
of the companies fledgling website. After time it became apparent that the
site needed an overhaul, and Steve took up the challenge enthusiastically.
Having been entirely self taught, a site was designed that took into
consideration the wider aspects of what the company was trying to achieve
with its web presence. Not only was the site an opportunity to showcase
the company and it's products, it also became a resource for clients to
access technical information relating to the industry.
In May 2002 Steve took on the responsibility of managing a number of sites
for a small Masterton web hosting company, and further refined his skills
in HTML coding, Java Script and web based applications.
Combining his technical background, marketing experience and understanding
of the way the web works, Steve is well placed to help build a dynamic
site that is more than just an electronic profile, for a fraction of the
cost of traditional printed advertising.
It costs nothing to talk to us, and you might be
surprised at just how
affordable a web site can be.
